ACAMs offers two services for you to choose from:

  1. Print, Mail and Electronic Filing (eFiling)
  2. eFiling Only

In the chart below, "Filings per Order" represent the number of forms filed in a single order (filing volume does not accumulate across multiple orders).

Prices shown are per form filed by service. There are separate price tiers for Series 1042-S & ACA Series forms.

We offer tiered pricing for our services, that is, the more forms/filings you submit in a single order the less expensive each filing might be.

Here is an example of pricing, assume you file 101 1099-MISC forms with the "eFiling Only" service in a single order, you'd pay $1.99 per form/filing for a total of $200.99. If you instead filed 100 1099-MISC forms (with the same service), you'd pay $2.49 per form for a total of $249.00.

Following are some examples of our pricing assuming the service selected is the same for all forms:

  • You file 50 1099-MISC forms, 30 1099-A forms and 25 W-2's with the "Print,Mail & eFile" service in a SINGLE order. You have a total of 105 Type I forms in a single order so you would be charged $2.49 per form/filing for a total of $261.45.

    If you were to add the option "TIN Check" service to this same order, each form/filing would be $3.49 for a total of $366.45.

  • You file 50 1099-MISC forms, 30 1099-A forms, 25 W-2's, and 5 1098-Q's in 4 separate orders. You have a total of 110 Type I forms but since they are in four separate orders, each order would fall into "Up to 50" volume price-tier so you would be charged $3.49 per form/filing in each order. There would also be a one-time $99 charge for the 1098-Q account setup as this form requires special processing. The $99 account setup fee for the 1098-Q is only assessed if an order is placed with a 1098-Q.

  • You file 110 1099-MISC forms and 60 1042-S forms in a single order with the "Print,Mail & eFile" service. You have a total of 110 Type I forms and 60 Type II forms. For this order you would be charged $2.49 per form for the Type I forms and $17.50 per form for the Type II forms. Your order total would be $1323.90

  • You file 200 1099-MISC forms with the "Print,Mail & eFile" service and 500 1099-MISC forms with the "eFiling Only" service in a single order. For this order you would be charged $2.49 per form/filing for the 200 forms being "Print,Mail & eFile" and $1.59 per form/filing for the 500 forms being "eFiling Only".
